Add your burgers and chips to the cart and sign in to your Club Fancy account before you checkout. 

When you checkout, scroll to the “Offer” section and click on “Apply offer or Promocode”

Click on the dropdown box, “No Offer”, and select “Club Fancy Birthday”.

Your discount should reflect on the total price and click on “Checkout” to confirm your order.

  • Your birthday gift card offer is located in the “Offer” section when you checkout.

    Click on “Apply offer or Promocode”, and view all exclusive offers and deals available to you when you click on the dropdown box, “No Offer”.

  • If you can’t see your birthday gift card, “Club Fancy Birthday” in the “Offer” section, it usually means that either your Club Fancy membership has expired or the date of birth when you registered was entered wrongly.

    Just contact us and we’ll get it sorted.

  • There is a “Forgot password” link on the app. Click on it and enter the email that you registered with us. You‘ll receive an email to reset your password.
